What we do fundamentally train the person to stop being anxious about having a panic attack, and with NLP and hypnosis, train and educate the mind so that you become calm and centred once more. Extreme anxiety
This is a video i made while i was having an anxiety attack. I asked a few questions and im looking for some people to give me some advice on what i said an how to deal with it.

Hey guys thinks for all the emails and all the support. I was recently taken off all benzodiazapines (ativan zanex etc) i am now taking BUSPAR it is not narcotic and it does help but im trying to get back on ativan, and yes i know what you guys are going through anxiety can ruin your relationships with everyone you love and destroy your life, what i would like evreyone to do is message me on my yahoo messanger if you dont have it download it, i really want to help you guys out its matt76656, before i go there is one thing i would like to say, i have been getting alot of emails telling me about how there friends family w/e have been getting upset at them for having an anxiety attack and also how people have been telling me how people are treating them bad because there scared of something, i got 1 thing to say about that, if a person honestly loves you they will accept you for you dissability and help you with it not judge you….

Jeremy Brett was desperately ill suffering from a failing heart when this speech was aired in early September of 1995. His voice sounds quite tired compared to former times. Though still lovely as ever to me.
