'Fraid they are unlikely to influence things either way. Statistically most successful management is CBT in combination with an SSRI such as Prozac.

Foods that contain or help increase serotonin can help you feel more calm and relax. Complex carbohydrates (rice, potato, pasta) may increase serotonin levels so, can candy (chocolate etc) but that is only a temporary increase.

The best thing you can do is eliminate caffeine from your diet. No colas, coffee, etc. Caffeine can trigger panic attacks. Eat a well balanced diet including fruits and veggies. There are several herbal teas that have a relaxing and calming affect that you might consider adding to your diet.

I don't think so..although calcium has a soothing effect on the body. it helps to eat clean in general. Cardio helps, this I do know.
