Last night I had symptoms of sweating and feeling claustrophobic, was I having a panic attack?
I felt like I was seeing things and like the walls were closing in on me. I kept tossing and turning, and it took me a long time to get back to sleep.
Symptoms of a panic attack: heart beating quickly, shaking, palms sweating, feeling like you're going to lose control, feeling like you're going to die, feeling of unreality.

Could it have been a possibility? Because they can be symptoms.

It could be, but it's hard to say with so little information…I've had panic attacks but symptoms of sweating and feeling claustrophobic would not be my definition of "panic attack"…What you're identifying could be a number of different things…take care…
