I've been having panic attacks? non-stop today. My breathing is short, it feels as if something's caught in my throat & it's tingley. It feels like I cant get enough air. I even think sometimes that I'm even about to die. Is this an attack?

I already went to the doctors and all they said is to wait it out. Help please..?

    Breathe into a paper bag for a few minutes. Sometimes are a gulping too much oxygen. Do a little exercising and drink a glass of water. Try to find a way to be entertained…laughing helps. Imagine a place you'd like to be: on a boat in a lake at sunset, etc.

    I have panic attacks and dr gave me tranquilizer if does not stop soon try different dr perhaps an urgent care clinic also not scare you but if at any point u actually can't breathe for any lenght of time then u need to get to ER.

    The best thing you should do is to step up to the plate with yourself and let all those symptoms hit you. Write them down or take note of everyone of it … then see it as a ghost and confront it .. look him in the eye and don't let those panic ghost scare you. You will NOT faint, die, have a heart attack is just in your head. Fight it !!! the next time you start feeling those symptoms just convince yourself of the real thing: you are in PERFECT condition and those "alarms" will go away .. laugh at them and fight …!!!! Kill the Panic Attack ghost.
