Best Cures for Panic Attacks
Physicians prescribing medications such as antidepressants for panic attack sufferers do so knowing they can only alleviate and treat symptoms successfully through administering medicine. They know for a fact that the best cure for panic attacks lies in the individual.
In the long run, physicians are also aware that there are many possible side effects associated with taking medications. It is far too easy for a panic attacks sufferer to become totally reliant on, if not addicted to, antidepressants.
The only actual cures for panic attacks are ones that are natural. The cure lies in the mind of each panic attack sufferer; they control what their mind is thinking, what and how they feel in the presence of a threatening situation, and they are the only ones who can eventually control whether they suffer panic attacks or not.
There are two proven systems out on the market which can help people achieve their goals of ridding themselves from panic attacks once and for all, and they are; Panic Away and The Linden Method.
Panic Away uses what’s called the “One Move” technique which is supposed to end the vicious panic attack cycle and remove your general anxiety levels without having to resort to medications or even relaxation techniques.
The Linden Method talks about reversing the effects of an organ within the brain called “Amygdala” in order to permanently get rid of panic attacks.
Each method has gained worldwide attention and has helped thousands of sufferers end their panic attacks and disorders throughout the world.
Both Panic away and The Linden Method are very effective, and are potentially the best cures for panic attacks for anyone interested in using a time-tested, proven system.

Unfortunately, you should just stop smoking weed. I have the same problem, I panic and think im going insane when i blaze, so i had to give it up. Which sucked ass because I love pot, still.

The best answer that I can give you is to stop smoking weed. That is what I had to do. I also suffer from Panic attacks and weed made them worse so I quit and they aren’t quite as bad now. Good Luck

dont smoke to fit in geez do it because you like it or its fun but dont do it cos other people are doing it. Having panic attacks when u smoke is your body’s way of telling you it doesnt like what you are doing to it, and theres likely to be more problems down the line if you keep doing it

Don’t smoke weed. Hello? The weed is causing the panic attacks. Take away the cause and you take away the symptoms.

You won’t want to hear this, but you are putting a foreign substance into your body that your body is telling you it doesn’t want, so the best way is to stop smoking the weed.

so you can ‘fit in?’ that sounds weird..if you are smoking weed (to fit it) and not enjoying it then STOP. I smoke weed and i enjoy it..ive never not..(well apart from when ive smoked too much and made myself ill!).. but if you are new to smoking it and get these panic attacks then thats your body telling you to stop and that its bad.. if you are a regular smoker and are getting these attacks then also think aboiut stopping before it gets worse (like going mental!)
but if its not as serious as it sounds, then dont smoke as much, only have a lil at a time, make sure you have some water to drink and that you are comfortable with your surroundings!
Hope this helps, take care.
