    If I had $1 for every young person we have spoken to about developing anxiety after smoking cannabis, I would be retired by now! You say paranoia and crazy thoughts, but what exactly do you mean? If you mean anxious thoughts, ‘what if’ thoughts and inappropriate thoughts of any kind, it is likely that they are all fueled by your underlying anxiety disorder. Derealization is a symptom of anxiety and worrying is definitely about inappropriate anxiety levels. Have you been diagnosed by a doctor?
