I put it down to the fact that it was a spin-off from the flu I had just had.
Weeks passed and any memory of that episode soon disappeared. That is, until it happened again. Same symptoms but different scenario. This time I decided it was time to visit my doctor and seek some panic attack help. He wasn’t at all concerned in fact, after a good chat he was able to identify a couple of areas and recent events in my life and suggested I change a few things. I haven’t seen an episode since.
